Back in August PJ and I took a day trip to Bologna Reesey. Bologna is the capital and largest city of the region of Emilia-Romagna and is home to the oldest university in Europe, which dates back to the 11th century. It was a hot day but it was worth the trip to have some delicious torteloni! We didn't get to spend too much time in the city, as we had stopped in another small town on our way down, but exploring what we could was beautiful.
